This 68 page hardbound promotional book was designed to highlight the building, neighborhood, and amenities of a high-end luxury condominium development in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood. With a relative scarcity of interior renderings to rely on, I resourcefully researched neighborhood-specific content, developed a layout concept which referenced the building’s architecture and existing branding, and established a narrative flow that allowed for a lively tension between high-level, impressionistic romancing and in-the-weeds technical details.
